Malone Portraits will absolutely capture individual headshots for your team members. But did you know it’s also possible to update your team photo, without having everyone in the studio at the same time? If your staff is actively growing, that’s amazing, but it poses problems with keeping your team photos updated. And for many business owners, that means updating these tools infrequently.
The same is true if you have remote team members, who travel into the office infrequently. It’s not always easy to coordinate everyone in the same space, at the same time. But I work with local Minneapolis businesses to create elegant, streamlined team portraits, that can be updated every time your team changes, from removing individuals who’ve moved to new stages in their professional journey, to adding the new hire you brought in last Tuesday! Each person is photographed separately, and using precise studio criteria, relative height tracking, and some other behind the scenes magic… I create composites like what you see here.
You CAN keep the images of your team online up to date, no matter what your working circumstances are, and I would love to help you make it happen.

It’s important to me that you have the answers to any and every question on your mind, whether it’s about choosing a branding photoshoot location, or deciding what you’re going to wear. Where do Branding & Corporate Headshot sessions take place?
That depends! Because every business’ needs are unique, we take a unique approach to choosing the location for your branding photo session. Some sessions need to take place on site, at your offices. Some need to take place in my NE Minneapolis photography studio, The Solarium. And other sessions take place in third locations, all over the Minneapolis and Twin Cities area. As a general rule, for sessions that include compositing a photo of your team, we need to use the controlled environment of my studio. But outside of that, we will select a location that best fits with your particular session goals! And of course, if you’re booking Corporate Event Coverage, the session will take place on location, at your event.
How do we choose what to wear?
The clothing that you wear for a branding photography session or headshot session does a lot of work to set the tone for your final images, which means the best clothing options will be items that align with your branding. If you have a brand guide provided by a professional brand designer, feel free to provide that when we have your consultation, and I can help to guide your wardrobe choices with those standards in mind. If not, we can take a more casual approach, and have a conversation about what you want to communicate with your final images, and base the choices on that framework. The moral of the story, is you will not have to be alone in making those decisions, when you work with Malone Portraits. My bespoke approach takes even the smallest details into account.
What size images will I receive?
Great question. Your images will be available in both print and web resolutions for download after your session, so that you have everything you need to add your new photos to your website, OR to print them for use in your offices.
How much do sessions cost?
Because Branding and Headshot sessions with Malone Portraits are designed in a bespoke way, unique to your needs, the cost is variable. But if you reach out, we can discuss the parameters for your package, and I can provide an obligation-free quote for you to consider.
